This is one of the most diverse and powerful touchless cleaners available. It is more suited to remove heavy road grime, dead insects and has great degreasing properties. This product is ideal for the following industries – Earthmoving, Agriculture, Trucking and Mining.

This product is safe on all paints and chrome but care should be taken when using it on mirror polished, untreated aluminium as the product could leave a white veil or stain the aluminium.

All Kenotek soaps are applied through a high pressure foam lance. Where applicable.

Mixing Ratio:

Cargo 4100 has multiple uses at different ratios, please use the below as a guide through a Suttner ST73 Foam Lance.

General cleaning – Setting 1 (2-2.5%)
Dead Insects / stubborn dirt – Setting 2-3 (4-5.5%)
Heavy duty cleaning, brake dust and degreasing – Setting 5 (6.5-8%)

LS-3 (Formally known as PA Foam Lance):

200ml soap to 800ml water. The regulator should be in the full minus position and then adjust if necessary. This equates to 2%.

Cleaning – foam from the bottom to the top. Allow to dwell for around 1 minute.

Using preferably a 25 degree nozzle start cleaning from the bottom to the top covering all areas (always clean into fresh soap using the high pressure water as a water broom)

Rinsing – rinse any excess soap from the top to the bottom.
