Dilution and Usage

• For routine touchless cleaning, use as approximately 1% concentration and increase to around 5% for heavy soiling.
• Via Suttner Downstream Injectors ST-160/ST-167/ST-164: Dousing restrictor 0.7 (1%) up to 1.3 (5%).
• Via Suttner ST-73 Foam Lance: Use undiluted (neat) soap on Setting 1 (2–2.5%) up to Setting 3 (5–5.5%).
• Via other foam lances: The dilution should be estimated to output a foam concentration of 2%—the required dilution will vary between brands. As a guide, dilute 200ml product into 800ml water (1:4 dilution ratio) in the foamer bottle and set the lance regulator to the full minus position.

Application Instructions

• Apply a single, thick layer of foam over a cool, dry vehicle and allow to dwell for around 1 minute.
• Using high-pressure water, start cleaning from the bottom to the top with horizontal sweeping motions; or sweep vertically and move backward along the vehicle. Apply the water into the fresh soap, covering all areas.
• High-pressure rinse all excess soap from the top to the bottom.

Notes

• This product is safe on all paints, stainless-steel, chrome and polished aluminium.
• Care should be taken if using on ceramic coating, please refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines BEFORE applying the product.
• It is recommended that you test all products on a small inconspicuous area before use.
• Avoid letting the product dry on the vehicle, should this happen please re-foam to reactivate the product and wash off as per the instructions above.
• Avoid applying the soap to hot surfaces. The dense foam consists primarily of water (a small volume of product is required for cleaning)—as such, hot surfaces will cause the water to evaporate and leave the product adhered to the surface. Should this occur, re-foam over the area to reactivate the soap and wash off as per the instructions above.
• Due to Australian weather conditions, if application of the product in hot conditions cannot be avoided the product should be applied and washed off in sections, working around the vehicle.
