Pilot TFD180 Refrigerated Dryer System
The Pilot TFD180 Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer System is rated for Australian conditions with a flow rate based on an ambient temperature of 35°c. It offers a cost-effective air treatment solution, with reduced downtime, lower equipment maintenance costs and improved product finish.
Fitted with the efficient ALU-DRY heat exchanger, high-efficiency compressors, hot gas bypass valve and low-pressure drop, the system also offers reduced energy consumption.

Data refers to the following condition: Ambient temperature of 35°c, with inlet air at 7 bar and 45°c. Pressure dew point as per Class 5-ISO Standard 8573.1.
Maximum working conditions: Ambient temperature of 50°c, inlet air temperature 70°c and inlet pressure 14 bar (16 bar TFD 6-22).
The Pilot TFD 180 Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer System operation is monitored by a digital thermometer in the control panel. The innovative new hot gas bypass valve incorporates greater precision and accuracy, preventing the formation of ice inside the evaporator under any load condition. Set during final testing, the valve requires no further adjustments.
All models are also fitted with a timed electronic drain, which allows for the adjustment of discharge and pause times. The generous sizing of the condenser ensures maximum performance of the refrigerant circuit and the ability to operate with changes in conditions, while also offering easy access for cleaning and maintenance.
