Prentice XM50 Automatic Parts Washer | Wagga Wagga NSW | AMDS

The XM50 is only marginally longer than a solvent sink but offers greater productivity and returns.

Prentice XM50 Automatic Parts Washer

The Prentice XM50 automatic industrial parts washer suits a small to medium mechanical workshop. Having a cabinet style makes it a must in a workshop where space is in short supply.

  • Internal dimensions: 750mm turntable; 1000mm job height; 200kg max weight capacity
  • Low water level sensor and alarm protects heating elements against low water levels
  • Stainless steel oil skimmer allows longer use of solution whilst changing less frequently
  • 7 day timer eliminates early morning starts for you and your staff
  • Friction drive that won't rob you of water pressure like water driven models can tend to do
  • Slow 4-5 rpm gives a superior, more thorough cleaning performance over water driven models
  • 2.2 kW stainless steel pump that pumps a solid 160 litres per min at 25 pounds per sq inch
  • 190 litre solution tank provides an ample supply of water for auto and small parts
  • 2 x 3.5 kW heating elements heating solution up to a maximum of 85C in approx 1-2 hours
  • Removable parts tree helps make the most of almost half a cubic metre of job space.
  • Small parts tray allows the addition of nuts and bolts that may otherwise be tossed about
  • Full opening gasket free door as gaskets will often perish with long term exposure to steam
  • Removable tank filter screen allows for quick and easy cleaning
  • Heavy duty rubber castors allow for a mobile and deceptively easy-to-move parts washer
  • 20 amp, 3 phase, 5 pin socket
  • External dimensions: H - 1650mm x W - 1120mm x L - 1150mm

“ The Difference In Our Productivity Has Been Massive! ”

Prentince XM50 Automatic Parts Washer Testimonial

I did quite a bit of hunting around before deciding on the Prentice XM50 because I couldn’t justify paying the money our local, more expensive brands were asking.

With a fleet of some 300 odd different plant or machinery and only a handful of guys on my team, the time we were wasting by manually cleaning just wasn’t sustainable.

The 4 to 6 hours manually cleaning bearings and hubs on semi-trailers has disappeared. We just place them inside, turn it on and walk away to continue on something more productive.

We’ve had the XM50 for going on 12 months now and it’s extremely easy to use, so I couldn’t be happier.
