200L Chiefs Full Force Degreaser
Chiefs Full Force Degreaser is a concentrated biodegradable heavy-duty degreaser. It has powerful foaming properties ideal for removing hydrocarbons such as oils, grease and hydraulic fluid.
It is applied as a thick foam to increase the surface dwell time, thus ensuring superior results.
This product is biodegradable, can be used with salt water and is quick breaking so great to use with oil separators.
This product is safe on all paints and chrome but care should be taken when using it on mirror polished, untreated aluminium as the product could leave a white veil or stain the aluminium.
All Chiefs Australia soaps are applied through a high pressure foam lance.
Mixing Ratio:
Application through a can be applied through a Suttner ST73 foamer at the following settings:
• Light degreasing – Setting 3
• Heavy duty degreasing – Setting 5
This product can also be used through Suttner Downstream injectors, ST160 / ST164 or the Chiefs InjectaChem using the following chemical restrictors.
• Light degreasing – restrictor 1.1
• Heavy duty degreasing – restrictor 2
Cleaning – foam from the bottom to the top. Allow to dwell for around 1 minute.
Using preferably a 25 degree nozzle start cleaning from the bottom to the top covering all areas (always clean into fresh soap using the high pressure water as a water broom)
Rinsing – rinse any excess soap from the top to the bottom.
DO NOT USE ON MIRROR POLISHED ALUMINIUM. IT IS RECOMMENDED TESTING PRODUCT ON A SMALL INCONSPICUOUS AREA BEFORE USE.
