AW I-900 Dynamometer
Universal Industrial Diesel Engine Electric Motor Dyno

The AW I-900 Dynamometer is the larger industrial diesel engine / electric motor dyno in the I series.
This unit has a wet prony brake style power absorption unit, hydraulically activated & water cooled.

 I-900 Features

a Rated up to 900 HP (675 kW) maximum at 3600 RPM
a Torque capacity up to 3100 ft/lbs (4208 Nm) allows testing of high torque/low RPM engines. Maximum at 0-1000 rpm
a Fitted with a balanced high speed driveline kit. A universal adaptor for diesel or Timesaver adaptor for electric
a NEW DynoPro 2100S power-torque computer & printer
a Protection is built-in against harmonic vibration, torque overload and thermal overload.
a Bi-rotational - can test equally in either rotation
a Calibration is an easy one man operation done on site (no need to send away)
a Machine is a heavy duty unit & is very low maintenance
a Unit is portable & on wheels - weighing 748 kg after draining water ballast (600 litre water ballast also used as cooling reserve) Can easily be floor or rail mounted.
a The I-900 can test diesel engines, electric motors, gear boxes, transmissions and other high torque/low RPM applications. Other options permit custom-tailoring of the I-900 to your application. In addition, the I-900 can be factory equipped to test unusually high torque/low RPM equipment
No noise, the only sound you will hear is that of the engine or motor being tested!
