Heavy duty construction, 3D Autocad
designed, frame structure fully stress tested
The turntable is electric motor gearbox driven at
4 rpm, eliminating dangerous over speeding
experienced with large water drive turntables.
60% more water is available for cleaning as
water is no longer required to drive the turntable. The
turntable rotates on a heavy duty stub axle using tapered roller bearings
Fully insulated tank and cabinet results in reduced energy consumption.
A safety switch shuts off the pump when door is opened.
Purpose built spray nozzles are built
in-house to maximise cleaning efficiency.
A spray manifold flushing system allows cleaning
of the manifold nozzles, and flushing of the spray bar in 2 - 3 minutes.
The rotating platform is cabinet
mounted, and is 60% accessible when the door is opened,
for ease of loading and unloading
Two 5.5 kW Westate chemical pumps, with optimal manifolding, are used to
deliver 700 litres/minute at 450 kpa, giving outstanding cleaning
performance.
Heavy duty Australian
made pump is located so that pump seal can be serviced without removal of
motor. Pump overload protection fitted.
Electronic wash timer optimises the cleaning cycle time & reduces power
costs.
Auto water level control
with mains connection (also provides heating element protection). Water
temp is thermostat controlled at 80oC
& connected to 7 day
timer.
Auto pump out feature allows water to be pumped
out in minutes up to 50 metres for periodic machine tank cleaning.
Long
life industrial two pack painted finish minimises paint flaking & rusting.
