  • The basket turntable is gear driven at 6 rpm, eliminating dangerous over speeding experienced with large water drive turntables. 40% more water is available for cleaning as water is no longer required to dive the basket turntable. The basket rotates on a heavy duty slab axle using tapered roller bearings.
     
  • One-piece closed loop fixed spray bar design gives maximum cleaning efficiency. The spray bar has no joints or hoses to fail. Spray bar has a flushing valve to allow simple cleaning of any spray hole blockages. 42 x 3mm wash jets are used.
     
  • Easy clean 250L chemical tank has two lids for full access. Large capacity, easy clean gasket & particle strainers lift out with tank lids. Strainers have smaller holes than the spray bar to minimise blockages.
     
  • Insulated tank & lid ensures high efficiency & low running costs.
    A one-piece lid labyrinth seal area does not require a gasket or latch. There are no welded metal joints to rust. Gas strut assisted lid allows one handed operation. A safety switch shuts off the pump when lid is lifted.
     
  • Electronic wash timer optimises the cleaning cycle time & reduces power costs.
     
  • Auto water level control with mains connection (also provides heating element protection). Water temp is thermostat controlled at 80oC & connected to a 7 day timer.
     
  • Auto pump out feature allows water to be pumped out in minutes for periodic machine tank cleaning.
     
  • Heavy duty Australian made pump is located so that the pump seal can be serviced without removal of motor. Pump overload protection fitted.
     
  • Long life industrial two pack painted finish minimises paint flaking & rusting.
  • Small parts container for nuts & bolts, etc
